All our Educational Trips comply with the provisions in the General Travel Conditions below, and the services provided and acquired are also detailed in each itinerary.
Cancellations:
This contract may be cancelled:
a) by the Contractor in any of the following situations, with the application of the penalties defined in item b, for cancellations with less than 30 days:
- not having reached the minimum number of students required by the destination of the trip.
- non-payment of the total amount up to 10 (ten) business days before the start of the trip.
b) at the request of the Contracting Party:
- up to 30 days before the boarding date, with a fine of 20% (twenty percent) provided it is for a duly documented health reason;
- with less than 30 (thirty) days and more than 05 (five) days before the boarding date, with a fine of 50% (fifty percent);
- with less than 05 (five) days to the boarding date, with a fine of 80% (eighty percent), at which point the amount corresponding to expenses already incurred by the Contractor for services included in the excursion and not subject to reimbursement will not be refunded.
No-show for boarding:
Failure to show up for boarding on the scheduled date and time, inability to board due to lack of the ORIGINAL legal identity document, or interruption of the trip due to health reasons or indiscipline, exempts the Contractor from any responsibility for the non-provision of services.
Mandatory Identity Document
It is the responsibility of the passenger, or their legal guardian, to carry at the time of boarding and throughout the trip a legal identity document original, valid and in good condition, as required by current legislation. The absence, irregularity, or presentation of a copy of the document will prevent boarding or the continuation of the trip, with no liability, refund, or compensation for unused services on the part of the Contractor.
Responsibility:
- Problems occurring or material damages caused by the trip participant will be the exclusive and integral responsibility of the Contracting Party.
- The order and discipline of the students must be maintained and are the responsibility of the accompanying teachers from the Partner School. In cases of health risk or indiscipline, the student may be absent from activities or removed from the trip by a guardian.
- The Contracting Party is obliged to inform, in advance and in writing, Brazolin Turismo about any illness, condition, or limitation, physical or mental, of the participating student, as well as any medication or medical equipment they use and the correct way to use it.
- The Contracting Party is obliged to provide the legal identity document, in ORIGINAL form, as well as any travel term or declaration necessary for the boarding of the student for whom they are responsible, under penalty of non-refund of the contracted amount in case of non-boarding or obstruction.
Image Rights
During the trip, services for publishing photos or videos on the websites and social media of the Contractors will be carried out, which the Contracting Party declares to be aware of and authorizes.
- Photos and recordings of the participant, taken during their stay at the trip location, may be used for advertising purposes, without any charge or payment by the Contractors, even if used for commercial purposes.
- From the moment of receipt without contestation of this document, therefore, free and voluntarily, the use of the participants' images is authorized, on the Contractors' websites and in any other form of media, including in advertising campaigns, journalistic content, photographic and audiovisual productions, blogs, printed materials, television programs, internal publications, social networks, and any other form of use or reproduction of images.
This authorization remains in effect even after the termination of the contractual relationship, covering the use of images throughout the national territory and abroad.
