What is included?
Transportation in an executive bus, with air conditioning, toilet, and minibar for over 30 passengers. Below 30 students, the trip may be made in a minibus to avoid altering the value for families (subject to local approvals) - Minimum of 30 students
Snack and drinks on the way
Water available on the bus on the way to and from

01 Tour Guide Brazolin accredited by the Ministry of Tourism per bus - Mandatory by law
04 Meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner (The menu accommodates options for food intolerances or allergies).
Drinks during meals
Hotel accommodations equipped with D33 mattresses, sheets, pillows, blankets, and comforters.
Customer service: reception, production, ambulance with night shift, and accredited firefighter/paramedic at the Flying Camp.
Specialized rescue team led by a chief firefighter, certified by the Civil Fire Department of São Paulo.
Ambulance from 8 PM to 8 AM for overnight packages.
Infirmary, with first aid equipment and immediate assistance for accidents.
Complete equipment: life jackets on the lake, full PPE for use in the Adventure Circuit.

Introduction
Nature is the first and wisest educator. Each student discovers that learning goes beyond books: it is about feeling, observing, caring. The mission of the Flying Camp is to regenerate bonds - with the planet, with the collective, and with oneself. And the invitation is: learn by living, regenerate by caring, celebrate the magic of childhood by playing. Each experience is a seed. And each seed planted at the Flying Camp blossoms into awareness.
"The child needs nature as much as nature needs the child" - Alana Institute. It is honoring this union that the flight is built.
The Flying Camp is not just a destination: it is an outdoor classroom in a conservation unit, where the Atlantic Forest (with over 85% native vegetation cover) teaches and inspires through direct experiences.
Students experience real projects in agroforestry, waste treatment systems, and clean energy, understanding in practice how to restore ecosystems and regenerate relationships with the planet.
Learning by playing and exploring: knowledge built in a playful, engaging, and memorable way. Stimulating all senses, with creativity and imagination.
Specialized team, adapted infrastructure, and care protocols ensure that teachers and families feel at ease to provide students with a transformative experience.

Important Notes
✅ MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION
According to Federal Law, it is MANDATORY for the student to have their:
- ORIGINAL ID OR ORIGINAL DRIVER'S LICENSE OR ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE accompanied by another identification with name and photo (e.g., School ID) OR ORIGINAL PASSPORT. Authenticated copies are NOT accepted by law.
*Digital documents are also accepted, but there is a risk of the phone running out of battery or having issues, making access impossible.
** We remind you that we cannot delay departure, and without the student's ORIGINAL identity document, boarding will not be possible. **
✅MEDICATIONS AND HEALTH
- We request that medications be sent in a toiletry bag, properly labeled with the student's name, accompanied by usage instructions.
- Remember to register all continuous-use medications on the medical form and reinforce with your children that they should not offer medication to their peers.
- Any discomfort should be reported to the responsible guide.
- Those with Health Insurance must bring their insurance card.
We cannot medicate students; if they need to bring any medication, we advise that it be handed to the trip Guide with instructions and prescription. *ATTENTION to the complete filling out of the Medical Form.
✅UNIFORM AND CLOTHING
- The use of the uniform is mandatory throughout the trip, as it facilitates the identification of students. Remember to also send a complete change of clothes for any eventual needs.
- We suggest that students wear comfortable clothes, sneakers or closed shoes, and bring a jacket, insect repellent, sunscreen, and a cap.
- Bring swimwear (swim trunks, bikini, or swimsuit), a pool towel, and flip-flops.
✅During the trip, the use of speakers or loudspeakers is not allowed, in respect of each student's choice. They may use headphones if they wish.
✅There will be water available on the bus. We suggest that students bring a water bottle.
✅We advise that students do not bring cell phones and valuables, as they will be responsible for their safekeeping.
