HOTEL FAZENDA SALTO GRANDE
Fazenda Salto Grande was built in 1850 for the cultivation of coffee, rice, oranges, and cattle ranching. In 1940, the property was purchased by the Lupo family and transformed into Hotel Fazenda Salto Grande.
Our meeting will begin with a brief introduction with our specialist educators in the structures to be studied, who will guide us through a character that represents their experiences in this lush context. A cataloged trail with characteristics of Atlantic Forest, with a precise stop at a 52-meter-high waterfall for contemplation and study.

10:00 - Brief recognition of the hotel areas, including a main house with 19th-century architecture, structures of the coffee economy (storage barn, processing barn, coffee processing machine, drying yards, washer, aqueducts, and dwellings) and transition to the colonate
11:00 - Water activities: Gincanas, challenges on the slide, waterline, balloon fights, polo, biribol, and games
